Your Partner Profile Page is what is seen by customers who look up your Storefront name on the Roll20 Marketplace.
- You can access your Sales Report right underneath the Storefront name at the top of the page. This is also where you can cancel a stuck Sales Report.
- The top row of this page can feature five specific products from your catalog of items above the full list of your products, which will be in order from newest to oldest.
- Below these sections is where you can include a Bio, your company Logo, and links to your website and social media accounts.
Sharing a link to this page is the best way to connect Roll20 users with your available items and to enable them to contact and/or follow you on other platforms.
You can see a preview of what a fully filled-out Partner Profile Page looks like here on Roll20's Partner Profile Page.
Accessing Your Partner Profile Page
When you are approved to sell your content on the Roll20 Marketplace, your welcome email will include a link to your "Partner Profile Page". The URL will be formatted to look like this:
https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/publisher/XXXX/YourMarketplaceName
You can access your Partner Profile Page at any time afterward by clicking on your account name in the upper right-hand corner of the site and choosing "Manage Partner Profile" from the dropdown menu.
If you do not see this option after receiving approval for Marketplace access, contact us through our web form so we can fix that.
"Partner Profile" and "My Profile" Are Two Different Pages
The "My Profile" dropdown option will lead to the account's personal profile. This is your social page that is seen by other community members when interacting with other Users on-site, using the forums, or the Looking for Group Platform.
Updating your profile
Your Profile will have two links at the very top of the page that only you can see: Edit Publisher Details on the left and Item Management on the right. The Item Management link will take you to your Item Management page where you create, submit, and publish your Marketplace products.
The Edit Publisher Details link will roll out all the available editable fields of your Profile.
Featured Sets
If you have a large catalog of products, you can set five items to be "Featured" at the top of the profile. You can scroll through the dropdown menu that appears when clicking on this field and selecting the desired items. You can also start typing the Name of the product you want to quickly call up from the same dropdown menu. The featured items will be displayed from left to right as set here in this field.
Self-Promotion Links
Filling out these fields will add their respective URL or their appropriate linked platform icons. These will display at the very bottom of the page. They will display underneath the Author Bio if it exists.
